In a bowl,pour in the water,milk,2 Tbsp of sugar,yeast and flavour. Stir and set aside

In another bowl,mix in all the dry ingredients

Pour the wet ingredient in the dry one and mix

Then add butter and mix

Dust a flat surface and knead the mixture for 5 min
- 7
Oil a bowl,put the dough in it and cover for 30min
- 8
After 30 min deflate the dough and knead on a table for 15min
- 9
Roll on the table and cut out
