2boiled potatoes
2 cupwheat flour
Salt as per taste
1/4 tbspCarrom seeds
1/4 tspTurmeric powder
1/4 tbspred chilli powder
2 tspoil
1 cupwater

Start with kneading the dought

Add all ingredients and make a dough
3

Roll the puri and grease the plate with oil
4

The oil is rightly heated
5

Fry the puri in oil
6

Drain out the fried on a plate
7

It is ready to serve
