In a bowl, add peeled sweet potatoes and salt then mix them together

Start to fry the sweet potatoes when it's done, use a flask and covered it so that the potatoes will be very soft...

Chop the tomatoes, onions, Scotch bonnet and garlic.. Add them into a frying pan then add oil, spices then start to fry them

Then after some mins add seasoning to your taste, continue to fry them until done.. Serve and enjoy!!
