Prepare the wet marinate batter by mixing all the ingredients mentioned above.

Prepare the dry coating mix by mixing the ingredients mentioned above

Chop the boneless chicken into bite-sized cubes. Add to the wet marinade, mix well and set aside for one hour.

Prepare the sauce mix by mixing all the ingredients and set aside.

Dip each chicken piece in the fry coating mix and keep in a plate. Deep fry these chicken pieces in hot oil and set aside.

10 minutes before serving mix all the fried chicken cubes in the sauce mixture and mix well. Garnish with spring onions.
