Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupnatural yogurt
  2. 1 handfulflake almond
  3. 1.5 tspchili powder
  4. 1/4 tspcrushed bay leaves
  5. 1/4ground cloves
  6. 1/4ground cinnamon
  7. 1 tspgaram masala
  8. 4green cardamom pods
  9. 1 tspginger pulp
  10. 1 tspgarlic pulp
  11. 1tomato (cut into bite size)
  12. 1/5 tspsalt
  13. 3chicken breasts (cut into bite size)
  14. 6 tbspbutter
  15. 1 tbspcorn oil
  16. 1big union (Sliced)
  17. 2 tbspchopped fresh coriander
  18. 4 tbspsingle cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the yogurt, ground almonds all the dry spices, ginger, garlic, tomato and salt into a mixing bow and blend together thoroughly.

  2. 2

    In a wok, add the chicken and cook them until 70% cooked so that the water in the chicken is dried out. Add the chicken to the mix.

  3. 3

    Melt together the butter and oil in a medium wok. Add the onions and fry for about 3 mins.

  4. 4

    Add the chicken mixture and stir fry for 10 mins.

  5. 5

    Stir in about half of the coriander and mix well.

  6. 6

    Pour over the cream and stir in well. Bring to boil.

  7. 7

    Serve garnished with the remaining chopped coriander and coriander sprigs.

Living in Dublin with my Irish partner who is celiac. My recipes are Gluten Free (GF). Most of my recipes are Asian food and I use soya sauce a lot in them. Regular soya sauce is not GF, but you can get GF one from supermarkets.
