  1. 2 lbground turkey
  2. 1small red onion; small dice
  3. 1/2green bell pepper; small dice
  4. 1/2orange bell pepper; small dice
  5. 1 Cmango salsa
  6. 1 TMexican oregano
  7. 1 Tground coriander seed
  8. 1 Tcumin
  9. 1/2 tcayenne pepper
  10. 2 tgarlic powder
  11. 1large pinch kosher salt
  12. as neededvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat enough oil to cover the bottom of a large saute pan.

    Add bell peppers and onions with a tiny pinch of salt. Saute on high heat for 2 minutes.

    Add turkey and stir to combine. Season with salt, cayenne, garlic, cumin, and coriander.

    When turkey is 95% cooked, add salsa. Stir. Cook 2 minutes.
