Wash the potatoes and boil them until very soft.

Peel the potatoes and add butter, milk, salt, and pepper to taste. Mash, leaving some small chunks.

Grill the seasoned beef to your liking, then cut into small cubes.

On a sheet of aluminum foil, make a layer with the mashed potatoes, then add corn, mushrooms, cheese, beef, and more cheese on top.

Heat the stuffed potato on a skillet until the cheese melts, or bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
