  1. 250 gmBeef boti
  2. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 tspblack pepper
  5. 1 tspchilli flakes
  6. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  7. 1 tbspvinegar
  8. 1 tbsphot sauce
  9. 1 tspsoya sauce
  10. 1small potato
  11. Chopped carrot
  12. Chopped capsicun
  13. Boil eggs 2 chopped
  14. Square shape patti as required
  15. For Coating:
  16. Egg
  17. Bread crumb

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the beef with all the spices and add potato.cool the mixture and blend in the chopperizer.add veggies and egg

    Now the square shape patti and put the mixture in the first corner and roll

    Now freeze the rectangles and cut in the square and coat egg and bread crumb and deep fry
