Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice
  • 4 tbsp Peas
  • 4 tbspCorn
  • 6-7 Black pepper
  • 2-3 Cloves
  • 2Cardamom
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1/2 inch Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak the rice

    Heat a pan, add oil, and ghee.

    Now add all whole spices.

    As cumin start crackling, add peas and corns. Cook 1 min.

    Now add soaked rice and mix it

    Add salt, and lemon juice. Mix well. Cover it and cook at medium flame take 3-4 whistle, or till rice cooked properly.
