  2. 1/2 spoonrefined oil
  3. 1/2 spoonbutter
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/4 spoonlemon juice
  6. 1 pinchchat masala
  7. 1 pinchred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 spoonchopped coriander

    Heat oil in a pan

    Add corn and stir on low flame until the corn softens.it will take 3-4 minutes

    Mix all ingredients and enjoy hot masala corn.
