Cream and cream cheese beaten by each other then divide in two parts.

In one part mix orange paste and lemon juice in second one.

Add a drop of colour and mix both separately, now fill in piping bag.

Fill in the shot glasses half of orange posset then a layer of chocolate sauce.

Then again fill the lemonade cream after chocolate sauce.

Garnish with grated lemon and piece of lemon.....last but not the least garnish with chocolate sauce....put in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes and enjoy the sweet and sour taste of posset.
