For batter take a bowl add rava salt and curd mix well

Then add baking soda mix. Make a thick batter.

At last add eno powder and mix well.

In idli moulds spread the oil and bake it in microwave for 4-5 mint.

For masala take a pan add oil and when heated it then add mustard seeds.

After 2 mint add onion. And bake when the onions are transparent

Then add capsicum. And bake for 5-10 mints.

Then add all salt, red chilli powder, Coriander powder.

Mix it then add soya sauce and tomato sauce.

Mix well. Your Masala is ready.

When idli are baked cuted into 4 pieces and add to the masalas.

Mix well with soft hand.
