Ingredients

  • Bread slices 6
  • Egg 2 beaten
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder half tbsp
  • For filling
  • Chicken cut in small cubes half cup
  • 3 tbspYougert
  • 2 tbspTikka masala
  • Ginger paste half tbsp
  • For garnishing
  • Cabbage half cup
  • 1Capsicum
  • 4 tbspMayonise
  • Black pepper half tbsp
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    First marinate chicken by adding yougert tikka masala ginger paste and put on side for 1 hour

  2. 2

    Put two bread slices On each other in circle shape

    Now dip these slices in beaten egg then cover with bread crumbs repeat the process And fry it until it becomes golden

    Now put small amount of oil in pan and pour chicken in it and fry it until its water become dried u can give smoke by putting coal in the pan

  5. 5

    Cut cabbage and capsicum in small pieces mix mayonise salt and black pepper

  6. 6

    Now cut bread slices in to two pieces and make a pocket put chicken filling first and then cabbage filling

  7. 7

    Bread pockets are ready i serve it with sauce made by mixing mayonise ketchup and chicken
