Peel the bananas place in a pot with little water, add salt and turmeric boil for 6mins and then drain water and set aside

Sautee onions add chopped tomatoes,zucchini capsicum and carrots a pinch of salt and cover for 3mins

Cut the bananas add them in the pot
- 4
Add githeri and 200ml water lower heat and let it cook for about 10mins
- 5
