Here are what you need

Add some oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic paste and saute, add the sliced onions, liver, seasoning, salt, oregano and stir, cover and allow to cook for 10-15mnts

Add the sliced tomatoes, grinded scotch bonnet and fry for a few minutes, then cover and allow to cook for 10-15mnts

Lastly add the sweet peppers and serve
