Ingredients

  1. Halfcup cocoa powder
  2. 2and half cup flour
  3. 2 cupssugar
  4. 1and half tsp baking powder
  5. 1 tspbaking soda
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 3large eggs
  8. 3/4 cupvegetable oil
  9. 1 cupcream
  10. 2 tspvanilla

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk the cocoa powder with 1 1/2 cup of boiling water

  2. 2

    Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl until combined

  3. 3

    Add eggs, vegetable oil, cream and vanilla and beat with mixer on medium speed until smooth.

  4. 4

    Bake until tooth pick inserted comes out dry.

    Reduce the speed, beat in the cocoa mixture in a steady stream until just combined.
