Soak urad daal for 4-5 hours.Make a smooth paste out of it.Add salt,black pepper and baking soda and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan.Take a small portion and make round balls.Make a hole in the center.

Fry them in a medium flame until golden brown and crisp.

In a bowl take some hot water.Deep the vadas into it. Let them soak for few minutes.

Cook tool daal in a pressure cooker for 4-5 wistiles.Mash them.

Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt,tomato,small peeled onions,green chillies,curry leaves,and tamarind.Cook them for 5-10 minutes.

In a pan heat some oil.sparkle some mustard seeds and.Add curry leaves and Sambhar powder.Stir them for few seconds.

Add daal mix to it.Add some water and give it a boil.Add some ghee into it and switch off the flame.

Remove the vadas from water.Squeeze the excess water from vadas.

Pour hot Sambhar into it and garnish it with some coriander leaves and chopped onions.
