Paneer Schezwan Dosa
Steps

Heat the tawa and grease it with some oil.

Pour some dosa batter on tawa and spread it to a round shape.Cook dosa on a medium flame for few seconds.

When top of the dosa gets cooked, add some butter and schezwan sauce on dosa.Spread them properly.

Now add all the chopped veggies (carrot,capsicum,tomato,onions,spring onions),paneer cubes and some chopped coriander leaves. Spread and mix them evenly on dosa with the help of a spatula.

Cook for few seconds until dosa turns crisp and golden brown.Then fold one side on another side with the help of a spatula.

Garnish with some chopped spring onions. Serve them hot with mint chutney and tomato chutney.
