Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl with the milk and vanilla to make a light batter.

Heat your pan, add a tablespoonful of oil. Pour your butter and spread it to get a very thin layer of it. Let it cook to get the bubbles showing.

Turn it to cook the other side.

Serve hot with a beverage of your choice.
