Ingredients

  • 2 cupsrice boiled
  • 1 cupmix vegetables chopped
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tbsptomato sauce
  • 1 tbspghee
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and fry the vegetables

  2. 2

    Add ginger paste and saute until it is soft

  3. 3

    Add boiled rice and sauce toss well

  4. 4

    Add sugar and mix well and sprinkle ghee
