Ingredients

22 to 26 mins
  • 3× medium potatoes
  • Ground pepper
  • Coarse black pepper
  • 1huge dollop of salted butter

22 to 26 mins
  1. 1

    Peel and cut 3 medium potatoes

    Boil on medium high for 26 mins (potatoes dependant) fork to check for firmness. Drain and place back in the pan. Smother in ground pepper!

    Mash em! Add coarse black pepper and an unhealthy amount of butter... mix...

    Serve with a chicken dinner... boiled carrot water to make some chicken gravey... I cheated and used bistow gravy granules.
