Ingredients

  1. 1big Beetroot
  2. 2Potato
  3. 1/2 cupBread crumbs
  4. As per taste Salt
  5. 1/2 tsp (adjust per taste)Red chilli powder
  6. 1/4 tspJeera powder / Cumin powder
  7. 1/4 tspAmchur Powder
  8. 1/4 tspGaram Masala
  9. 1 tbspMint leaves(finely chopped
  10. 2 tbspCoriander leaves (finely chopped)
  11. as neededOil - for frying

Cooking Instructions

    First boil the potatoes, roughly mash them and keep aside.

    Also, boil the beet root and grate it finely.

    Add the mashed potato, grated beetroot, salt, chilli, jeera, amchur, garam masala, mint, coriander leaves to a large mixing bowl. Now, mix all the ingredients until well combined.

    Now heat a pan with oil for shallow frying and set the flame to Medium.

  4. 4

    While the oil is getting heated, take a small portion of the dough. Roll it into a log shape.

    Now, place the rolls on the pan and shallow fry them

  6. 6

    Keep turning so that they get cooked from all the sides evenly
    Take out on an absorbent paper when done
    Enjoy with chutney
