Preheat grill to maximum

Bash chicken until 1cm thick all over

Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat, add chicken and fry for 4 mins without turning

While chicken is frying, mix tomatoes, dried herbs and salt and pepper together

Flip chicken and take off heat, add tomato mix onto chicken and add the cheeses ontop

Grill for 4 mins/until cheeses are melted and bubbling

Serve with avocado and spinach
