Ingredients

  1. 250 mlalmond milk
  2. 2 scoopschocolate protein powder
  3. 1ripe banana
  4. 75 grolled oats
  5. 1/2 tablespoonchia seeds (optional)

    Blitz all ingredients (not oats) in blender

  2. 2

    Stir in oats and leave in container in fridge for 8 hours/overnight
