Ingredients

  1. 3 bowlany size small or medium mung beans soaked
  2. 3 bowlor little less sugar
  3. 2 bowldesi ghee
  4. Almond soaked and chopped
  5. Cardamom powder
  6. 3 bowlsame as mung beans water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak mung beans atleast for 4 to 5 hours

  2. 2

    Now blend it make a smooth paste

  3. 3

    Take a heavy base pan and add desi ghee

  4. 4

    Add mung beans paste and stay at very low flame

  5. 5

    Stir it to fry golden

  6. 6

    Dont pause otherwise it will burn

  7. 7

    When it start smell sweet and looks golden and parted then add almonds

  8. 8

    At other side make water hot and add sugar.boil it for 3 to 4 minutes

  9. 9

    Now roast almonds with mung beans paste

  10. 10

    Add syrup to paste and stir it until it all soaked syrup

  11. 11

    Garnish with again almonds or not.yummy and mouthwatering halwa is ready
