  • 500 gmparwal
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • as per tastesalt
  • as per tastered chilli
  • 1 tspcurry masala
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil,put cumin,saute it

  2. 2

    Now mix parwal in it and mix salt, turmeric,chilli and curry masala,mix it and cover it

  3. 3

    Now uncover after 5 minutes and check it,if parwal cut by knife easily,off the flame and sprinkle garam masala and serve.
