Steps

Chop one onion in a sauce pan, fry with little oil, add your roasted meat and some salt.....stir till golden brown

In a bowl chop tomatoes, 1onion, avocado and lettuce add salt mix, vinegar mix well with a spoon

Stir fry your greens with the remaining onion and oil.....then serve all together with Ugali
