Ingredients

  1. 5-6Sliced Capsicum
  2. 1 bowlbesan /gram flour
  3. 1/2 bowlrice flour
  4. as requiredOil for frying
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 1 spoonred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 spoonTurmeric powder
  8. 1 spoondhania powder / coriander powder
  9. 1 glasswater

    Take a bowl add all the dry ingredients in it and mix it well

  3. 3

    Add water in that bowl and make a thick batter with nice consistency

  4. 4

    The batter should be like this

    Take a kadhai and put oil in it till it gets hot

  6. 6

    When the oil gets hot dip the capsicum slices in it and deep fry it in the oil

  7. 7

    Flip one side when it is completely done

  8. 8

    When they are fried pick them up from the oil and keep it in the kitchen tissue to soak extra oil from it

  9. 9

    Then serve it with tomato sauce
