Ingredients

  1. 3capsicums
  2. 200 gmspaneer
  3. 1/4 th cup peanuts
  4. 2 tspcoriander seeds
  5. 1 tsppoppy seeds
  6. 1 tspsesame seeds
  7. 2 tbspdry coconut powder
  8. 1dry red chilli
  9. 2onions finely chopped
  10. 4-5garlic cloves finely chopped
  11. As requiredOil
  12. As per tasteSalt
  13. 1/2 tspturmeric
  14. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  15. 1 tspkasuri methi
  16. 3/4th cup water

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast peanuts.

  2. 2

    Dry roast coriander seeds, sesame seeds, coconut, dry red chilli and poppy seeds till they turn light brown.

    Put this along with peanuts in a dry grinder and make a coarse powder.

    In a pan heat oil. Add cumin seeds and garlic and sauté. Add onions and cook till it turns light brown.

    Season with masalas like salt, turmeric, and red chilli and add capsicum cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes without covering. Need to keep capsicum a bit crunchy and not over cooked.

    Add the ground masala and sauté for a minute. Add 3/4 cup of water or more depending on how thick you want the gravy to be. Cook for 2 minutes.

    Add paneer cubes and cook for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame and garnish with kasuri methi.
