Spicy Rice Dounat 🍩🍩🍩

A traditional south indian dish,this is my own recipe 😍 #deepfried

Wash and boil rice in about 1 rice of water for about 10 min,drain the water and grind rice to smooth paste using very little water just enough to grind,food processor work good for this.blend for another 2 min to whip rice to make fluffy,take rice batter out in a wide bowl.add all the ingredients to the rice batter,green chilli, coriander, asafoetida and salt beat the batter for 2-3 mins,

When you put the batter on your palm batter should hold it's shape,heat the oil in a frying pan over medium high heat, fry the vadas from both sides to golden brown,take them out over paper towel to drain access oil.
