Steps

Wash and cut liver into strips

Cut veggies (carrots/green pepper) into strips too

Put oil in a saucepan add onions. Sauté liver until it cooks

Add in blended or grated (scotch bonnet and red pepper and tomatoes)

Add in seasoning and spices to desired taste

Add in veggies

Cook for a few more minutes and serve with rice, chips, fried yam...g goes with almost every thing. 😋
