2Eggplants
1/2 CupOil
Lemon Juice as per taste
Salt as per taste
Red Chilli Flakes as per taste
2 TspYogurt (Thick Beaten)
Fresh Bread 🍞
Butter as required

Eggplants 🍆 2
Cut into cubes n soak in salted water. Heat 1/2 cup oil in heavy bottom karahi or pan
And sauté eggplants with lemon juice, red chilli flakes n salt according to ur taste
Sauté on high flame till nice colour

Cut fresh bread circles with the help of cutter or glass
Now apply little butter on it
Heat pan. Then toast bread till golden colour.

For assembling:
Assemble first thick beaten youghurt 2 tsp......
Then put eggplant chunks
And give it a colour with fresh coriander leave.
