Ingredients: 5 chicken breast sliced; 3 tbsp cajun seasoning; 1 tbsp hot paprika; 1 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp chilli flakes; 500 g passata; 500 g water(use the passata container to measure); 200 g softened Philadelphia cheese; 1 large onion sliced; 2 medium carrots sliced; 1/2 cup frozen peas; to taste Salt and pepper; (Was out of peppers unfortunately but I would 1 pepper sliced); as needed Rice; 2 tbsp oil for frying; Chopped scallions optional

Ingredients

5chicken breast sliced
3 tbspcajun seasoning

1/2 cupfrozen peas

Steps

Slice chicken and coat in all seasonings for 10 mins

Add oil to pan and gently fry chicken for 5 mins then add all the veg

Add passata and water and bring to boil then reduce heat to simmer

After 20 mins stiring occasionally add cream cheese off the heat and mix until creamy

Cook rice as per instructed. Then place rice in a bowl top with cajun chicken and creamy sauce top with scallions optional and enjoy😁
