Ingredients

  1. 1big rip avocado
  2. 1 tspsesame seeds
  3. 1/2 tsplemon juice
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. To serve
  6. as neededCarrots & slice of multigrain bread

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the avocado into slices, make sure you take a ripe avocado, drizzle little lime juice on it, sprinkle salt & sesame seeds and it's ready.

    Serve it with carrots & a slice of multigrain bread, it's a very healthy breakfast or a evening snack.

  3. 3

    If you are on weight loss, avocado is a good fat, so you can have it as your evening snack or breakfast.
