Ingredients

  • Chicken with skin
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Spread turmeric, salt, and garlic powder to the chicken. Let it sit around 15 minutes

    Heat oil in a pan (the more oil the better, but all the oil will become yellow because of turmeric)

  3. 3

    Add the chicken until it cooked and the skin is brown (to make it more crispy)
