Ingredients

8-hrs ÷45-mins.
7-Dosa
  1. 1 cup soaked for 4-hrs. Kodo Millet
  2. 1/4 cup soaked Mogar moog dal
  3. To taste Salt
  4. For green puree :-
  5. 2 tbspchopped spinach
  6. 1/4 cup coriander chopped
  7. 2Green chillies chopped
  8. 1 tspChopped garlic
  9. 1 tsp jeera
  10. 1 tbspLucknowi saunf
  11. 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  12. 10Curry leaves
  13. To tasteSalt
  14. 1 tsl asafoetida(hing)
  15. as requiredCow ghee

Cooking Instructions

8-hrs ÷45-mins.
  1. 1

    Grind soaked kodo Millet & moog dal in mixer grinder and keep it aside for fermentation.

  2. 2

    Grind green puree in mixer grinder and add in fermented dosa batter.

  3. 3

    Heat nonstick dosa pan, pour dosa batter and spread evenly, apply little ghee & cook till crisp roll and serve hot with chutney.
