In a bowl add the flour salt and water then knead to form a soft dough cover and allow it to rest for thirty minutes. After thirty minutes divide the dough in to mini balls

Roll each one and brush the top with oil before stacking them together (I usually stack four at a time)

Roll the dough further till it reaches tissue like then grill them in your flat pan over very low heat until they puff up then gently separate the layers

I use a mini bowl to shape them in to circle

Fir the sauce add oil in your pan add the garlic onions colored pepper and sauté them for few minutes then add the meat seasoning cube black pepper Worcestershire sauce and stir

Add water and parsley and cook over medium heat till the water evaporates

Mean while soak your scallions in a hot water to softens it. Add the meat filling at the center of your pastry bring the edges together and gently tie it with the scallion fry and serve with your favorite dip. I served mine with tzatziki
