Mix the yeast in the 2 tbsp lukewarm milk and keep aside for 15 mins. In a large mixing bowl put flour, salt, olive oil,yeast mixture, brown sugar and pieces of Mozzarella and mix well until comes together into a dough. If necessary add a little milk. Now knead until it is soft and smooth.(You can also make this mixture in the machine)

Divide the dough into 5 equal pieces and shape into balls and covered with cling wrap and let it about 2 hours. The balls will double in size.

Place the balls into a baking tray. Now preheat oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown. Mozzarella Brot is ready.

If you want, cut the bread and fill Mayonnaise, salad, canned cucumber, and fresh mozzarella and sprinkle pepper and salt and serve.
