100 gmkhoya
2 tspmaida / all purpose flour
1 pinchbaking soda
3/4water
As required ghee for fry
1 bowlsugar
1/4 bowlwater

Steps

Add sugar and water in a pan and boil it.

Mash the khoya with the hand.

Now add soda and maida in khoya and mix well.

Add some milk if need and make balls with the dough.
5

Add balls in hot ghee and deep fry it.
6

Add fried balls in sugar syrup.
