Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 4leftover idli
  2. 3 tablespoonsBesan / gram flour
  3. 1 tablespoonsAtta
  4. accordingly to tasteSalt
  5. 1 teaspoonred chilli
  6. Teaspoonginger garlic paste
  7. 2 tablespoonschopped coriander and two drops of lemon juice
  8. as requiredoil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut cut Idli into pieces. Squeeze 2 to 3 drops of lemon and Sprinkle Pinch of salt on it and mix well keep it aside.

    Mix everything mentioned for batter with required amount of water. Coat each pieces of Idli into the batter then deep fry.
