Take a pan and add oil. Add sliced onions and fry till colour changes slightly. Add kasoori methi and fry for 2 mins.

Then add all masalas and mix well. Then add chopped tomatoes and mix well. Let it cook till tomatoes are soft. Add few drops of water.

As the water dries and tomatoes are soft add the boiled pototoes to which salt has been added.

Mix well and cook for around 7 to 8 mins. Serve hot with roti, Naan or Puri.

For Puris take all flours and add salt, chilli powder and ajwain and make a dough. Keep it aside for sometime. The roll into small puris and fry.
