Wash and cut the vegetables,cut fresh pepper,set aside.

Break and whisk the eggs.add salt and thyme in it.

Heat up vegetable oil fry onion,fresh pepper pour in the egg to fry immediately pour in sliced vegetable.

Allow to fry and form..peel and boil irish potatoes when is done add parley leaves and salt.

Seeve with peppered chicken.
