Mix flour,soji, salt,kalonji and oil than add water gradually to make a dough not too hard not too soft.. knead it 5 min for good result

After kneading make small balls while adding boiled daaal mixture in it and gave rest till making gravy

Heat some oil in a pan add kalonji curry leaves and zeera for tarka after that add mashed potatoes with all spices and water half cup to make a thick gravy

Fry kachori in a hotttt oil
- 5
Ready to serve 20 kachoris
