  • gramsGreen
  • Heavy coconut milk
  • Thin coconut milk
  • Garlic minced
  • Turmeric powder
  • To tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil green grams till soft, drain excess water.

  2. 2

    Add garlic, salt, turmeric powder and thin coconut milk and simmer stirring occasionally until reduced

  3. 3

    Add heavy coconut milk and simmer until it thickens. Stir occasionally. Serve with rice or chapati
