Put the thin coconut milk in a sufuria and bring it to a slow simmer

Sort and wash rice, add to the sufuria with salt and turmeric. Allow to simmer when almost dry add the heavy coconut milk and stir

Cook until rice is ready and dry. Serve hot with your favorite stew
