Chop the chicken breast into thin sliced to fit better in the taco. Start frying with a low oiled pan.

Chop the onion and add It to the frying chicken.

Add parsley, basil or other aromatic herbs to the pan and remove to mix flavours

After 15 minutes of cooking the chicken add the white whine and wait for It to evaporate.

In a separate pan add the garlic and the shiitake mushrooms. Fry them for 10 minutes. Move frequently to not burn the garlic.

Chop the tomatoe and serve over the center of each pancake with the chicken and the shiitake.
