Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cupssemolina
  • 1teaspn of yeast
  • 75 gsuger
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • Veg oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Seive the semolina in a clean bowl

  2. 2

    Add in all d dry ingredient above

  3. 3

    Mix well,Cover and allow to rise

  4. 4

    Place frying pot with oil on fire and allow to hot

  5. 5

    Gradually add in water to make a paste like puff puff

  6. 6

    Scoope with your hand into d oil and allow to fry until golden brown

  7. 7

    Serve with tea,custard, pap or any refreshing drinks
