  1. 1/2 kgrice
  2. 1lt water
  3. 100 mlcoconut cream
  4. Salt
  5. 1 tablespoonmargarine

Steps

    Clean and soak rice for 30mins

  2. 2

    Bring the water add the soaked rice salt and margarine

  3. 3

    Cover and let it simmer

  4. 4

    When the water is almost drying up add the coconut cream

  5. 5

    When it's all dry turn off heat and fluff it using a fork

  6. 6

    Enjoy with stew of choice
