Peel and divine shrimp

Beat 2 eggs and pass the shrimps throughout the egg covering it all.

After passing through the egg, coat in Chef Merito Spicy Breading

Heat oil in pan

Add breaded shrimp to the pan on medium low, let shrimp cook and be breaded just until Breading is golden brown.

Remove and sit on a napkin to remove excess oil. Serve warm with rice and salad and enjoy!
