  2. as required Salt
  3. as required Hot water
  4. 1 cupChopped carrots
  5. 1 cupChopped Beans
  6. 1 cupCauliflower
  7. 300 mlMilk
  8. 1 tspRefined flour
  9. 1 tspButter
  10. 1 tspWhite pepper
  11. leavesfew Coriander
  12. handfulShredded cheese

    Add salt and hot water to rice flour and make a dough.

    Make shapes out of it, cylindrical shape would be perfect for Korean rice cake. You can also make your favourite shapes, as you are going to enjoy the taste.Steam it for 10 minutes.

    Cook vegetables with salt.

    In a kadhai, add butter and refined flour. Mix well.

    Add milk. When it starts to get thicker, pour it into the cooked vegetables.Add white pepper powder to it.

    Add salt, steamed rice cakes and let it boil.

    When the desired consistency is reached,add coriander leaves and cheese. Serve it hot.
